We are not currently accepting insurance, but do provide a superbill. A superbill is a receipt of services provided to you for submission to your insurance provider under your out-of-network coverage. A superbill includes the statement of what services we rendered, your diagnosis, and the amount owed. You must pay the amount owed at the time of service, but you may submit the superbill to your insurance to request reimbursement if allowed under your plan.
